Cadence & Slang will be available by the end of 2010, but you can preorder copies via PayPal right now. The base charge for a copy is $30, but you pay a little more than that for shipping and packing materials. Shipping and handling for the United States and Canada is $10. Shipping and handling for the rest of the world is $20. So you're paying either $40 or $50.
